Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the faulty or incorrect item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned or dropped off at your nearest pickup point, on the next available date. We rely on Pargo’s pickup points to receive returns, so we will arrange the nearest convenient pickup point for you.

Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be issued after 7 days.

Once we receive a return, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. The item must be unused, and in the original packaging.

Unwanted Purchases

We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality cosmetics, however, if you’re not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund or exchange
your item to the same value, given that it is returned within 7 days.

You will be responsible for the payment of shipping fees when returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opt for a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a screenshot or pdf of your receipt of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of acknowledgment of receipt. We will also notify you on the outcome of the refund.

For approved refunds, we will process the refund within a few days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Kindly note we have no control over the lead times for the money to reflect into your account.

For Credit Card and EFT refunds online – Please note that each banking institution has a different lead time for refunds. Refunds can take between 3 – 13 working days to reflect in your account.
